Our solid plugs effectively block out noise, protecting your hearing by preventing noise from reaching the inner ear. These molds are 'direct moulded' using insta-mold material, known for its softness and excellent sealing properties.

Custom Moulded Ear Plugs for Water Sports and Noise Protection
We offer direct moulded custom ear plugs for swimming, surfing, and other water sports, as well as sleep plugs.
Swim and Surf Plugs
-Water Protection: Our swim plugs prevent water from entering your ear canal, though they are not guaranteed to be 100% waterproof. They provide better protection than universal foam plugs and other store-bought options.
- Custom Fit: Made from impressions of your ears, these plugs fit better and offer enhanced comfort. They are crafted from a soft silicone material to ensure maximum comfort and an effective seal.
- Health Benefits: Ideal for swimming, surfing, washing your hair, and general water play, custom swim plugs help protect against water-borne bacteria that can cause ear infections. They are especially beneficial if you have ear conditions or grommets, which increase the risk of infections.
- Full Shell Design: This design provides a consistently effective barrier against water ingress during aquatic activities, ensuring a medically safe solution to prevent water-borne infections and other complications.
They are solid, no filter in these, to keep the water out.
Noise and Sleep Plugs

The benefits of a good night’s sleep are well known, but sleep can often be disrupted by night-time noise. Our custom noise plugs are designed to help reduce ambient noise like snoring partners, noisy neighbors, or traffic, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Traditional store-bought sleeping/noise earplugs are often uncomfortable and ineffective. Our plugs are custom-made from super-soft silicone material to be comfortable and unobtrusive.

Clours that can be mixed to give a marbled effect, or just a solid colour:

We recommend using filtered/ solid noise plugs for music and noise.
How much noise attenuation can Insta-Mold provide?
The Insta-Mold solid full shell will provide an Single Number Rating (SNR) value of 29dB.
The Insta-Mold filtered full shell will provide an SNR value of 21dB
The Insta-Mold filtered CIC will provide an SNR value of 20dB.
What is the lifetime & warranty of Insta-Mold products?
Insta-Mold is a custom product and will be subject to natural anatomical changes within the individual's ears.
The expected typical lifetime of Insta-Mold Custom Hearing Protectors is 3 to 4 years with the degree of fit affected by the shape of the individual ear.
Insta-Mold does not deteriorate significantly and where the ear shape remains stable the fit of the Insta-Mold may extend beyond this typical time period.
Each Insta-Mold product is guaranteed for 1 year but is not guaranteed against loss.
