Please put oil in your ear for 2-3 days before your appointment, if your wax is hard, as it will make your appointment much more comfortable.

What you can expect: 

1. You should receive an email to confirm your appointment.
2. You should receive and email after your appointment to ask for a review. Please give me feedback, as it is the only way for people online to see that we are doing a good job.
3. in 6 month's time you should get an email to ask if you would like a follow up ear wax removal appointment. if you need it,  please book back in.
4. If you don't need it yet, please ignore it, as you will get another one in 1 year from your appointment. Alternatively, at any point, when you need it, please feel free to book back in.
